Many of us experience phenomenons that suggest that we might not be living our first existence here. If you're curious about it, let's dive in! Oftentimes, our past lives have a lesson to use in our current life, a past (literally) burden that we may still be carrying, something we need to know now, or we might just be curious about aspects of them that we once remembered. Some people have an incredible recall of these, while others do not. Some of us may get to relive them in dreams or meditations, but sadly, not everyone is able to do that, and those who can may forget details of dreams. Sometimes we want to know the source of certain "unfounded" fears or why we're drawn to something for reasons we can't explain. Also, to be honest, it's just kind of neat! The responses to experiencing part of a past life vary widely due to the endless possibilities of which point of that life you'll experience. If you have a particular goal in mind, please let me know so that we can steer towards that. Sometimes, however, there's a lesson or information that you absolutely need to know that will butt in.
