What We Do
Coaching gives you the support and space that you need to succeed with your goals and achieve the things you've only allowed to be dreams. Your sessions will be structured around your unique needs. All of my coaching uses elements of cognitive behavioral therapy in order to facilitate effective and permanent habit changes.
I am, above all else, an empowerment coach. This means that coaching is a partnership between coach and client! You will always be supported for your highest good and will be encouraged to trust yourself and your judgement.

In a Reiki session, Source energy is channeled into your energy field (aura) and body, boosting your healing ability, encouraging you to relax, guiding you through difficult emotions, clearing negativity, and helping you work through trauma.

Clients of Reiki have reported a feeling of warmth or tingling sensation spreading throughout the body and increased progress in fighting illness, but it varies for everyone. There are no negative side-effects! While it's known to work miracles, we must state that this is a supplement, not a substitute, for proper medical care.

Other Spiritual Services
I also offer tarot, oracle, rune, or pendulum readings. These can be used to contact spirits, ancestors, deities, guides, and the like (or just the divination tool itself) in order to answer questions about choices, life paths, advice, romance, recommendations for the future, et cetera. These readings are not to be construed as absolute, as your choices can change your path.

Additionally, I construct specialized bindrunes and sigils, which serve numerous different purposes, like protections, luck/good fortune, manifestations, et cetera.
