Service Description
Whether you're interested in seeing what coaching is like, need a coaching session to hash out something you're having difficulty with, or just don't want the commitment of entering a program, this option is for you! Sometimes, we just need someone to talk to and help us work through something and figure out our next step. I am not a licensed therapist and this is not intended for use as therapy. You can schedule as many sessions as you need if you prefer an as-needed basis rather than a program. Your time to come home to yourself is always now- let's meet you where you are! Those in or within 30 minutes of Columbus, MS, U.S. may schedule for an in-person session. Virtual options are over the phone or on Zoom.
